I attach great importance to ensuring that my customers feel financially comfortable even after moving in: with enough monthly leeway to breathe deeply, for the family, for life. A solid calculation is therefore not only a duty for me, but a matter close to my heart.

An important part of my advice is the integration of state funding — from KfW funding to NRW Bank programs and BAFA subsidies. These funding opportunities are often the decisive building block for making dreams come true faster and more confidently — and unfortunately they are overlooked far too often.
